 The Terms and Conditions of use of the Amerigo Logistics Website are as follows:

  1. Amerigo Logistics reserves the right to change, edit, omit, or add terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customers to read and understand these terms & conditions beforehand. 
  1. Services

All services renderer/arranged/provided by Amerigo Logistics are governed by the terms and conditions mentioned herein, which create a contract between Amerigo Logistics and the customer.

  • Contract and Scope of Services

 Amerigo Logistics is a licensed logistics company that undertakes to arrange on behalf of Customers, the interstate transportation of Shipments through Third Parties, from and to various origins and destinations.

  • Definitions

 “Amerigo Logistics” refers to the company itself or its subsidiaries, affiliated and related companies, and its agents, representatives, and employees, both in the U.S. and overseas.

The word “Customer” means the individual, corporation, or other entity which has chosen Amerigo Logistics to perform property brokerage Services, including, but not limited to all shippers and consignees of the Shipment.

“Shipment” means the goods which are carried under the terms of a single bill of lading or air waybill, irrespective of the quantity or number of containers, packages, or pieces.

  • Limited Liability

Amerigo Logistics selects, on its customer’s behalf, third parties (including but not limited to motor carriers, truckmen, cartmen, lightermen, freight forwarders, agents, and warehousemen) to whom the shipment will be entrusted. Amerigo Logistics shall have no liability for the damages or delays that the third parties may cause to the shipment or shipments illegally obtained by unauthorized persons. Claims in connection with these acts or omissions shall be brought solely against such party.

  • Payment of Services

All charges for services rendered or arranged by Amerigo Logistics shall be cleared within 30 days from the date of invoice issued. Any invoice sent/shared/submitted by Amerigo Logistics to customers is deemed accepted unless conveyed in writing or otherwise by the recipient within 7 business days.
